With the MV5 Black you will be able to easily create professional recordings of speech and vocals, as well as of acoustic instruments like guitars, flutes and a bit of light percussion. It is instantly compatible with a Mac, PC, iPhone, iPad and iPod. Via the MOTIV app, you can use 3 internal DSP presets, this makes the MV5 highly versatile. Moreover, you can monitor your own sound via the built-in headphone connector output. Once you have connected the microphone and installed the right software, you can start recording!
Shure MV5 Black: professional recordings
Where a microphone, preamp and audio interface used to be the minimum requirement, now just this black MV5 will do! It features a built-in audio interface that can be operated via MOTIV software. ShurePlus MOTIV Mobile App
Specially designed for mobile Apple devices: the MOTIV Mobile App. When you connect your Shure MV microphone to a device that carries the app, the software will automatically recognise the mic. You can select software settings for as professional a sound as possible. Of course, recorded audio can also be edited via equalizers, compressors and various effects. Moreover, you can control the mic automatically as well as manually, further improving the result!
